We encourage all guests to get active during their stay, and our goal is to make it easy by offering 30+ fitness classes each week that draw on varied disciplines and techniques, making the most of our serene countryside setting. If you want to push your physical limits, consider a body sculpting or Strong HIIT routine. For a more contemplative experience, enjoy Ai Chi, a water class which combines Tai Chi and Qi Gong concepts with Shiatsu and Watsu techniques. Master yogis are at the ready to bring body, breath and mind into balance with a private yoga session; a fencing expert who spent eight years in the Olympic Fencing School can provide one-on-one coaching; and enthusiastic outdoor guides are thrilled to introduce you to Forest Bathing or take you on unique excursions that range from snowshoeing, kayaking and more. We can also work with you to craft a personalized fitness regimen, whatever your experience level and ability. It’s all part of our holistic approach to total wellness.
