Recognized as a vocal pioneer of integrative and functional medicine (or what he calls “good medicine”), Dr. Frank Lipman is our Chief Medical Officer and the founder of Eleven Eleven Wellness Center in New York City. He is the best-selling author of five books — How to Be Well, The New Health Rules, Young & Slim for Life and Revive and Total Renewal — as well as a sought-after international speaker. Guests of Mayflower Inn & Spa are invited to check in to their accommodations then head to the Garden Room for a meal inspired by locally sourced fresh ingredients to begin the retreat.

Guests will begin the retreat with an early morning meditation class, followed by a nutritious breakfast and a day of guided learning.

  • Morning Lecture | Lifestyle for Longevity with Dr. Lipman

  • Explore the grounds, relax with a spa treatment and meet with health coach

  • One-on-one session with Dr. Lipman ahead of your retreat | Available to retreat guests located in New York and Connecticut | $950

  • Meet with Jordan Crofton, FNP one-on-one prior to or after the retreat. During this 75-minute session, Jordan will perform an in-depth analysis of your health history, then work with you to formulate a wellness roadmap. Available virtually or at THE WELL New York | $375

  • Two additional 45-minute sessions with Health Coach | $300

  • Three additional 45-minute sessions with Health Coach | $450

  • Forest Craniosacral Treatment, 60-minutes – $250 | 90-minutes – $420

  • Integrative Energy Work, 60-minutes | $250

  • Guests of the retreat will receive daily credits towards treatments: 60-Minute Body Work or Skin Health Service, $50 credit or $75 credit towards 90-Minute treatments
