Taste fresh farmstead cheeses, made exclusively with milk from the 300 dairy cows roaming the open pastures. Select your favorite cheddar, then it’s on to tour a local distillery and sip the area’s best bourbons. Back at the Inn, join our pastry chef in creating a fresh apple pie from the day’s bounty. While the pie cools, hand-churn old-fashioned vanilla ice cream, flavored with the bourbon of your choosing, for the crowning touch.
