Dining and Celebrations

Legend has it Kalāhuipua—with its abundance of fish ponds—was once the source of fresh catch for Kamehameha the Great, the first ruler of the Kingdom of Hawaii. Still known for its plentiful bounty today, we set the bar for organic, locally-sourced cuisine guided by Hawaii Island’s natural surroundings. We'll lead you on a seasonal culinary adventure filled with fresh, sustainable and celebratory fare.
