Terms and Conditions for Flexible Reservations
- Cancellations for travel dates now through December 15th, 2021
A deposit equal to two nights’ room rate plus tax, representing the first and last nights of the stay, will be billed to the credit card at the time of booking. Cancellations for bookings must be received by 6:00pm Hawaii time at least 7 days prior to expected arrival date. Cancellation within the 7 days will result in forfeiture of the two night deposit.
- Cancellations for travel dates December 16th, 2021 through January 3rd, 2022
A deposit equal to two nights’ room rate plus tax, representing the first and last nights of the stay, will be billed to the credit card at the time of booking which becomes non-refundable on October 1st, 2021 (Three-night deposit for Francis H I’i Brown Suite and Residences) The remaining deposit covering all nights reserved will be charged on October 1, 2021, and they will become non-refundable. Cancellation will result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- How this works: If you know that you will not be traveling, please contact us or your travel advisor to cancel. We will cancel your reservation and will hold your deposit. Once you find a new date that you wish to travel, we will assist with your new reservation. Please be aware it is based upon new availability, rates, and promotional offer change based on the travel dates you wish to change to. New travel dates must be completed by Nov 15, 2021. Blackout dates apply (currently December 23, 2020 – January 3, 2021).
- If you booked through a 3rd party such as an Online Travel Agency or Tour Operator, restrictions may apply. The Online Travel Agency or Tour Operator may contact us on your behalf and we will be happy to assist.
Not applicable to group reservations.
