The Experience

Choose from five signature sessions including our Waterman Breath Hold Training Class designed to give you the tools to increase lung capacity, inspire confidence in the ocean, and share training tips from our Ocean Professionals. The Sunrise Power Walk is an important first offering that acts as a walking orientation tour of the property. Learn about the resort’s Outdoor Programming with hearts beating, blood flowing & hearts open. During Beachside Yoga, intermediate to advanced yogis are invited to practice in a stunning venue led by experienced teachers. Catered for all levels, the Breathing & Meditation session included gentle stretching, meditation, and focused breathing exercises. Our Signature Beach Cross-Training are fun and effective workouts that encourage participation and offer a back-to-basics, simple, do-anywhere approach to fitness. Sessions utilize body weight exercises, kettle bells, medicine balls, jump ropes, indian clubs and sand training.
