Labor Day Weekend 2024 The Mauna Lani Culinary Classic

Returning for its second year, the Mauna Lani Culinary Classic is a four-day food celebration featuring James Beard Award-winning chefs. In partnership with Blue Ribbon Restaurants and non-profit organization Māla`ai: The Culinary Garden of Waimea Middle School, this one-of-a-kind festival connects chefs, sommeliers, mixologists, friends and neighbors in the spirit of culinary creativity.

Omakase, The Blue Ribbon Experience

Join the Brombergs and the Blue Ribbon Sushi team as they guide you through 17 courses of Blue Ribbon tales and tastes. Featuring dishes that are synonymous with Blue Ribbon as well as creations inspired by Hawai’i, leave this feast up to the chefs.

Chefs on the Beach

A surfside bash hosted beachfront on the Great Lawn and at Surf Shack honoring culinary achievements from Hawaii and beyond, Chefs on the Beach is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration dedicated to our inspiring home of Hawai’i. Music, culinary surprises, creative cocktails and more blend seamlessly in tribute to the precedent set by generations of esteemed chefs. Kamaʻāina tickets available.

Culinary Classic Dinner

This Big Island-inspired pièce de résistance features a multi-course dinner at Mauna Lani’s signature restaurant, CanoeHouse. VIP tickets include access to a caviar and champagne reception. Kamaʻāina tickets are available for the dinner only.
