Join us for Flavors of Malliouhana, a curated series of epicurean experiences celebrating our island’s rich gastronomic traditions. James Beard award-winning Chef Nina Compton, best known for her beloved New Orleans restaurants Compère Lapin and Bywater American Bistro, will collaborate with Malliouhana's Executive Chef Andrea Ferrandi in the second installment of the culinary series from July 22nd - August 19th. Kick-off the month-long collaboration from July 22nd - 24th with Chef Compton, as she hosts a weekend of immersive events and culinary experiences, followed by an exclusive selection of her signature dishes available at Celeste for the remainder of the collaboration.
