We are thrilled to bring celebrated Chefs Gaby Maeda, Kathleen Kwuan and Jessica Curran from San Francisco favorite – and Michelin-starred – State Bird Provisions to Hotel Jerome. Join us on March 30th and 31st to commemorate Women's Month for an immersive culinary experience that explores their passion for combining culture and unique flavors. Their menu of New American small plates with seasonal Californian ingredients will be a refreshing addition to Aspen’s culinary scene.
