For three unforgettable nights, guests of Prospect Restaurant at Hotel Jerome will experience an epicurean pilgrimage to Northeastern Mexico as the culinary legends behind the one-Michelin Starred Pangea bring their passions to Aspen. Bringing together French classic techniques with Mexican ingredients, the menu has been designed to showcase what has made Pangea among the “Top 50 best restaurants in Latin America” for the past 10 years. Wine pairings will be brought to life by Wero Cham, founder of Vinos Boutique, highlighting unique Mexican vintners that will compliment each bite.

About Wero Cham
Francisco Acosta Cham, known as Wero Cham, has been an industrial engineer in the wine business for over 15 years. He started Vinos Boutique, a wine distribution and import company, when he was 18 years old and has served wine dinners around the world. He has collaborated with top chefs, Michelin Star and 50best chefs in Mexico. He also collaborates with media like Food and Travel, Aire Aeromexico, Quien magazine and Travel and Leisure, writing about wine and as a judge of gastronomic events and lists.
