Garden Gastronomy comes to life during this unique culinary experience, as Hotel Jerome Executive Chef Ross Kilkenny, unites Champagne to Aspen in a symphony of locally grown vegetables and herbs. This unique multi-course menu launches a full summer celebration of Garden Gastronomy at Hotel Jerome, complementing the precise and delicate taste of La Grande Dame.

La Grande Dame, The Muse
La Grande Dame is the prestige cuvée of Veuve Clicquot and a showcase of the House’s excellence. Created in 1972 on occasion of the Maison’s 200th anniversary, the wine is a tribute to Madame Clicquot and to the creative and elegant souls who have followed in her footsteps.
From this constant quest for excellence comes Garden Gastronomy – a new, gastronomic experience inspired by La Grande Dame, and an ode to the historical vegetable gardens of La Grande Dame dating from 1920 in Verzy, the heart of the historical Grands Crus vineyards selected by Madame Clicquot herself.
