Après Recovery: From Slopes to Plunge
Recover with a cold plunge post skiing. We’ve partnered with Plunge on an après ski experience. We will have a plunge pool on the rooftop, accessible for our guests to use complimentary. Sports medicine has utilized cold water therapy for years, to help the active recovery of your muscles. Cold plunging is said to boost mood, provide elevated energy, build recovery, relieve pain, and promote better sleep. Recover at Goldener.

Spend 15 minutes conducting performance-based pranayama breathwork, followed by a plunge and cacao ceremony
Cardio to Plunge
After a short warmup, turn up the intensity with 14 to 24 minutes of HIIT exercise, followed by a 10-minute cooldown where you'll learn the benefits of cold exposure and how best to breathe
