Pedal your way to San Jose´s Vidanta Beach and feast your eyes on the azure-blue water juxtaposed with the magnificent rocky shoreline before departing to a nearby estuary to observe and learn about over 100 species of birds. La Tropical, SanJo’s oldest ice cream parlor, provides the perfect sweet treat while visiting San Jose´s main square. Conclude your morning well spent lounging and discussing your adventure over a specially curated breakfast prepared by local chef Tadd Chapman.
