Texas native Chef Roy Shvartzapel brings his coveted and delicious panettone home to Texas for a limited edition collaboration cake with Commodore Perry Estate Executive Pastry Chef Susana Querejazu. The duo will team up to create the custom flavor, inspired by the Estate and their Texas roots. Available for purchase starting December 1.
