The Experience
Treat yourself to a blissful evening as Melissa takes us through guided meditation practices: breath work, mindfulness, traditional mantras to evoke emotional and intellectual awareness and deep relaxation. This February, we will do Loving- Kindness Meditation and cultivate compassion, with sound bath to dwell in our heart space.
