Readers ranked The Inn at Palmetto Bluff in Bluffton, South Carolina, the No.1 Hotel Spa in the Continental U.S. and Canada, while Esperanza Resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, was voted the No.1 Hotel Spa in Mexico.
