Chef Samantha Farrington

A California native, Chef and Sommelier Samantha Farrington has worked for multiple wineries and tasting rooms, gaining valuable experience through her passion of wine. Brimming with flavor, her cuisine has a fresh, Mediterranean flare that makes the food irresistibly delicious. She launched her own private chef company in 2016, Sonoma from Scratch, offering a seamless service for guests, allowing them to truly relax and enjoy each other’s company while Samantha and her passionate crew take care of everything else. On the day of your dining experience, Samantha will pick fresh herbs from the garden, hand select fruits and vegetables from local farms and have protein delivered from local purveyors.

Chef Aaron Hodge

Aaron’s culinary passion started at the young age of 5 when he was inspired by Chef Emeril Lagasse and his TV show. That early motivation led him to specialize in the Culinary Arts concentration in high school. His professional experience includes working as an apprentice under the Executive Chef at the Cattail Creek Country Club, in Maryland, and working as a Chef at the Disney Five-Star Artist Point Restaurant. Now, he proudly owns and operates his personal, private chef business where his focus is to provide all of his customers and their loved-ones with a healthy and memorable culinary experience.

Chef Robert's background and style of cooking is Mediterranean. California French, Paella, Middle Eastern and has dabbled in Pan-American cuisine as well. He can take you around the Mediterranean table of food and not miss a single port, using the freshest and most local ingredients available.

For years, Chef Gia Passalacqua traveled around the globe, pursuing her education in food and wine. These travels helped build her classical culinary technique while exposing her to new cultures and ways of considering ingredients and food. Her deep connection to the land has given her a distinctive, farm-focused approach to the foods she creates as a chef and caterer.
