Adamvs is located on a 76-acre vineyard on Howell Mountain in Napa Valley, where organic and biodynamic farming practices help produce exceptional grapes. These practices help Philippe Melka produce some of the top-rated Cabernet Sauvignon-driven wines from Napa Valley. Adamvs has developed a cult following for Cabernet Sauvignon lovers from across the globe. Along with Chef Galen's six-course dinner, the dinner will unveil multiple vintages to show the difference a year can make to wine production.
