Tour & Taste at High West Distillery
Nestled in the Wasatch-Uinta, the High West Distillery & Tasting Room is just a two-minute drive from The Lodge. During their stay, guests can enjoy High West’s bourbon, double rye and craft cocktails. When it launched in 2006, High West became Utah’s first legal distillery since 1870.

Enjoy a state-of-the-art distillery with High West whiskey experts. Learn about the distillation process, blending, aging and bottling operations first-hand. High West holds an important chapter in the unique story of whiskey in Utah.

The Refectory is the restaurant at the High West Distillery, located on Blue Sky's property. Guests can enjoy inspired mountain cuisine with soaring views of the mountains, High West Whiskey craft cocktails and a selection of Utah beers. Open Thursday to Saturday for lunch and Sunday for brunch. Advanced reservations are highly recommended as space fills up quickly.
