Shift your perspective and renew your spirit through Shinrin-Yoku, also known as forest bathing. This practice originated in Japan and has been scientifically proven to boost immunity and mental strength as well as offering us the opportunity to deepen our relationship with the natural world. Using one sense at a time, we will slowly explore and ground to nature, capturing the full beauty of the moment. Through guided experiences and careful observation, we may begin to notice parts of the environment that have been missed during the pace of our day-to-day lives. This guided walk can be done by all abilities. Conclude with a tea ceremony with Blue Spruce tea which has a high amount of Vitamin C and boosts the immune system.
