Bring your farmer's market finds back to Bishop's Lodge for an interactive cooking class over an open fire with your newfound Southwestern ingredients. Create a slow braised, grilled or smoked entrée using local bison, lamb, pheasant or quail and produce purchased from the market. Use local fruits to create a cobbler and hand-churned ice cream.
