Drink My Favorite Season is Rosé
Auberge Du Soleil has a 15,000 bottle selection, and lots to discuss about each of them. The only thing that is more precious and exciting than our wine list, is perhaps the rich conversation surrounding wine at Auberge Du Soleil. Between our sommeliers and knowledgeable guests, there is always something new to learn and discuss. When the seasons change, the good company never wavers— but my wine recommendations do. The hottest days of summer call for rosé. In fall, I’d choose a pinot to complement the squash that is will surely be on our menu. Come Winter, I think of Cabernet Sauvignon. Finally, Spring is for white wine… perhaps a Chardonnay or Vigonier.
