Apr 11, 2014

Editor-in-chief of The Huffington Post Media Group, Arianna Huffington’s latest book Thrive: The Third Metric to Redefining Success and Creating a Life of Well-Being, Wisdom, and Wonder just released on Tuesday.   “The Third Metric has four dimensions,” she explained in a recent interview with Barbara Walters. “The first is well-being and health, because if we don’t nurture ourselves, if we don’t renew and regenerate ourselves, then obviously we are going down a dead end.”

This got us thinking about small acts we can do to increase our overall well beginning.  We came up with these 5 tiny tweaks that can change your health.
