Wedding Planner
Our specialists are romantics at heart who take a highly personalized approach with each couple to create a wedding that reflects their unique vision. We provide a dedicated event manager to assist with the details relating to the venue; a wedding planner will be involved at a much greater capacity. For your benefit and to ensure a seamless experience, a planner is required for all weddings at Madeline and should be involved for a minimum of 3 months prior to the wedding.
Furniture & Linens
Custom wood tables, dining chairs, lounge furniture, glassware, china, silverware, white or blue napkins, event setup and breakdown, bartenders, event staffing and room dividers are included in the facility fee.
Customized Menus
Experience the mastery of our world-class dining team as they tailor exquisite menus to your specific tastes. Whether you desire the freshest Colorado local flavors, a nod to your heritage or a culinary journey that speaks to your unique love story, our dining experts will curate an experience that is both memorable and personalized. You may also choose to offer an onsite choice of three pre-selected main courses to accompany a minimum four-course dinner from our catering menu.

Simply consult your dedicated Sales Manager, who will curate a pricing package based on your desired dates, number of rooms required and length of stay.

DJs and live bands may play for your wedding reception and we are happy to provide recommendations in various price points and styles.
Private Lounge Space
A private lounge space with a full-length mirror is available to the wedding party beginning at 8AM on the wedding day. Many couples will also prepare their hair/makeup and dress in their hotel rooms. Additionally, the Spa at Madeline offers a tranquil retreat and a variety of treatments for your special day, including hair, nail and facial services for the bride and her bridal party, and a side-by-side couples massage.
